JUNIORS

ORGANISATION:

The Reading Golf Club Professional runs the Junior Section with help from the Junior Committee. The Professional arranges coaching sessions and competitors for competitions sign in with the Professional.

TEAMS:

The Junior Section has two teams, one team plays in the Berkshire Stag knockout competition and the Thames Valley League, the other team plays in the Chilterns league.

COACHING:

Coaching sessions are run by the Professional to suit junior members of all abilities from beginners to low handicaps.

COMPETITIONS:

A number of scratch and handicap, stroke play and match play, trophy competitions are organized throughout the year together with monthly stablefords or medals.
